The Green Room Conference

The Green Room is back! Your chance to catch up on the latest trends nationally and internationally on Green Building. This year’s afternoon conference, in association with Ecocem, focuses on the two key themes Health & Well-being and the imminent Nearly Zero Energy standard.

The draft Part L Building regulations which implements NZEB for non-residential development is currently out for consultation. This will have a game changing impact on the design of non residential developments and it is happening now! With a requirement to meet 20% of energy use on site, how do we design low energy ventilation systems that meets the requirements of both NZEB and clients? The health and well-being impact on worker productivity has become the new hot topic sweeping Green Building. We will hear from the experts on what it means for your office and what you should be doing to have an active productive workforce.

The conference will be opened by one of the most influential women globally currently leading action on climate change, World GBC CEO- Terri Wills. With case studies, practical solutions and up to the minute information, can you really afford to miss this?
